Together, we’ll build a management plan tailored to your needs.
You’ll also learn the science behind the recommendations so you know why each change matters.

Where: Online via Telehealth (Google Meet, Zoom, Facetime, or phone)

Review Consultation
Where your progress happens:
We’ll assess your results and any barriers you’ve hit since your last session.
From there, we’ll adjust your plan to keep you moving forward.
You’ll leave each session with clear, actionable next steps.
Duration: 45 minutes

No. You can book directly.
A referral is only required if you want to claim a Medicare rebate through a Health Care Plan from your doctor.

No. Weight isn’t the only way to measure progress, and for some people it’s not useful at all. We can track your results using other objective measures - or focus purely on how you feel, perform, and eat.
The approach will always be flexible & tailored to you.

Tracking calories is just one tool - it’s not the only way to make progress.
Some people like the structure and data, others find it stressful and unnecessary.
Both approaches can work. If you prefer tracking, I’ll show you how to do it effectively. If you’d rather not, we’ll focus on other strategies that fit your lifestyle.

Medicare: Rebates available if referred by your doctor with a Health Care Plan.
Private Health: Many policies cover part of the cost if Dietetics is included. Best to check with your provider.
